🗓️ Day 1: Speed, Agility, Strength & Skills (S.A.S.S) - Athlete Combine - Test & Train like a Professional Athlete
🗓️ Day 2: S.A.S.S Training, Fun & Games

👧 Age Group: 6 to 16 years (split into tailored groups during the program (Foundation: 6-8 years, Junior Development: 9-10 years, Senior Advanced: 11-12 years and Elite Pathways: 13-16 years)
