WELCOME TO THE HIGH PERFORMANCE S.A.S.S ACADEMY 6 WEEK ELITE IN SEASON PROGRAM

This 6 Week In Season Program has been developed to deliver high quality and professional  Speed, Agility, Strength & Skills (S.A.S.S) training sessions tailored to the athlete who is willing to put in the extra work to realise their true potential. You are in season now and you realise that your club and school training is not going to improve your S.A.S.S Ability. Let’s face it - Training 2 x per week at club generally is focused around game play scenarios with some conditioning and is very team orientated which is not going to make you as an individual a better athlete. You also realise you are not training to prevent injury! So your next move is getting into a program that offers exactly what you want! 

The S.A.S.S program is unique as it focuses on the individuals long term athletic development whereas the programs at schools and clubs even if you were in a sports excellence program, the S&C programs are also quite generic programs for the whole group and not tailored to the individual’s goals and needs. So, if your goal is to be an elite athlete and you are not doing some sort of individualised S.A.S.S training plus mindset work to make you a better person and athlete than to be honest you aren’t getting the best out of your weekly training.

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM ENTAIL?

You will learn from former international professional rugby union player James Ambrosini and his highly qualified Rugby S.A.S.S Coaching staff where they have reverse engineered everything they have learnt both on and off the field.

This program is for the committed athlete that wants to gain the upper edge over their competitors. The S.A.S.S squad leave no stone unturned as we are here to help you unleash your true physical, mental and emotional potential by getting stronger, faster, fitter, leaner and smarter than ever before.

The program focuses on physical development (Speed, Agility, Strength & Skill work) while also incorporating technical and tactical skill development such as kicking, passing, tackling, game play and more.

The athlete will receive evidence based strength and conditioning training focusing on deep system integration, core strength/stability, total body strength and power. Mental training, nutrition, recovery guidance and cultural education will also be provided for the athlete to take with them for life!

Where: Purchase the program below first and once you have registered you will receive an email to choose minimum one location to choose from. If you are attending more than 1 session please email info@hpsassacademy.com with all locations and name of athlete. We have three Gold Coast field options and two gym locations to choose from below.

Age: *All training sessions are sub divided into age group levels - 6-9 years, 10-12 years and 13-16 years of age.

SASS GYM CLUB:

*UFC GYM Ashmore - Wednesday 6.30am - 7.45am

SASS FIELD CLUB:

*Nerang Bulls R.U.C - Tuesday 3.45pm - 5pm 
*Helensvale Hornets R.L.C - Wednesday 3.45pm - 5pm
*Parkwood Sharks R.L.C - Thursday 3.45pm - 5pm 

Session Duration: 60 Minutes + 15 Minutes Conditioning Games, Extra's, Stretching. Please arrive 15 minutes before your allocated training session.

Cost: Discounted price on offer -  Sign up for minimum (1) to maximum (2) sessions per week at $25 per session over 6 weeks - valued at $299 instead of $399. Sign up for minimum (3) to maximum (4) sessions per week at $19 per session over 6 weeks - valued at $449 instead of $599

Included in the program:  S.A.S.S Academy Uniform for all new S.A.S.S Academy members valued at $95 (Training Jersey and Shorts) and S.A.S.S Athletic Development Booklet.
